Here Today; Gone Tomorrow

A dive back into pond of second-hand fashion....
This dress and shoes were "found" on the Give and Take table of our church
where things are "here today and gone tomorrow"!
And on another note, see what I found yesterday....

  1. Great finds. How about chopping a bit off the hem of the dress though? And add a lace trim?

Sorry, I'm just a crazy tinkerer...

    1. See! I like it when OTHER people "tinker" but am just not adventurous enough when it comes to doing it myself!

  4. Rebecca you look great my friend, I love the dress as I'm into wearing dresses lately. How about a little shorter? I love your vintage finds and the book took me back to memorie lane when I was a child back in the 50's! Have a blessed Sunday sweetie.

  7. Love these finds, Rebecca, and look what it says on the cocoa tin! They knew back then that pure cocoa was good for our health. It still is if it's pure dark chocolate.
I think you look great in the dress and I am a fan of that length so personally I wouldn't hem it. It's classy as is.

  9. Hello my dear friend. Thank you so much for your nice and kind words, it's always a pleasure when you stop by my blog. Pity that I'm not feeling very comfortable now to blog.....

On another note you look gorgeous in your dress. You have a great figure!
Midi hems are so in I guess you can leave it that way or else short it to above the knee, not in the middle.

That can is sooooooo interesting and the book sooooo cute :)As always great things you find, my dear.

    Many blessings
    xoxo
