tick-tock

I simply could NOT pass up this Baby Ben clock
at the thrift store I visited while on vacation.
Only $1 bought a time piece that works perfectly
and looks charming at the same time!
Nothing soothes like the rhythmic tick-tock of a Baby Ben clock!

  1. I used to have my grandmothers when I was in the Air Force. It is a soothing sound...the original "white noise machine"

    1. :) I have a small collection of wind-up clocks....Not sure why they catch my fancy.

  3. I bought one for $5 (not as good a buy as yours) but have had it now for nearly 6 years. I love that ticking clock so that I took it on vacation with me so I'd have that familiar sound next to my bedside...and it was far easier to set than the silly digital clock we bought shortly thereafter.

    1. I agree, Terri (easier to set than many of the digitals)!
