When we were kids we used to do paint-by-numbers pictures. I loved spending time filling in all the sections. Yours are so much better than what I produced.
I love paint-by-numbers. A local restaurant was completely decorated in them, and they had one of a full-sailed ship on a rough sea - it was identical to one that I grew up with, that my dad had painted. I have no idea what happened to the one we owned, and as soon as I saw it again, I wanted it. They wouldn't sell it to me, though, and now they're closed. A missed chance!
I also just wanted to let you know that I still read all of your posts, after all these years. Thank you for posting, Rebecca. I really enjoy your blog.
Love paint by numbers! Those pink flowers would have done it for me too!
ReplyDeleteAren't they perfectly charming?!?
DeleteI agree, it is irresistible! I'd be taking it home too to brighten my days when I see those flowers in my wall too.
ReplyDeleteHave a happy week.

Thanks, Fabby! I need to get "over" to see you. I've been kind of busy and out of the blogging groove temporarily....

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't be so sure.....(about how yours turned out).
DeleteIsn't it interesting? Now the big craze is coloring books!
I agree. The pink flowers make it irresistible, Rebecca. I remember painting by numbers when I was a little girl. I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI have to say, that's a pretty one, Rebecca.
