Another day; another puzzle.
We finished this one - which was NOT easy -
since the cars were not arranged like the photo on the box!
After taking it apart this afternoon,
we started another.
We find puzzles to be a simple and satisfying way
to spend cold, winter days!
(Frequently our puzzling is accompanied by a mug
of hot chocolate or eggnog with a bit of nutmeg sprinkled on it
and some instrumental Christmas music playing in the background...)
It's a cold snowy day here in Kansas. I love to do puzzles. I found a Christmas puzzle I've had for a while that was never opened. Think I will start it later.
ReplyDeleteI have lost the contacts in my computer so this is only way I have to wish you Merry Christmas right now. I am up doing a bit today. Very cold, icy and dark which doesn't help one feel cheerful! But thought of you and wanted to send you my good wishes while I could!
ReplyDeleteI'm really glad to hear from you! Merry Christmas back AT you ♥
DeleteI hope you find energy to do what your heart desires to do this Christmas. (We're very low key ourselves...No big plans.)
Interesting that the box cover didn't match the actual puzzle. Sounds like a very relaxing way to while away a winter day.
ReplyDelete"Interesting" is ONE way to put it!

Don't know why, but this saying pop right into my head when I saw your photo: The only difference between men and boys is the size of their toys.
ReplyDeleteI forgot about my new puzzle - getting it out today. It's even cold here in Houston - YAY!!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't put a puzzle together in years. It would be fun to do if I could figure out a place to do it where I could leave it up until finished. I can see why you said the car puzzle was a hard one. It looks like it would take a lot of patience to put that one together.
