I'm getting ready to go and see my grandsons. I've packed in one of three pieces of my vintage luggage set and am dressed comfortably for travel. EVERYTHING thrifted, of course.
Before I go, I wanted to show you a couple of pieces in my fowl collection...
The turning of the calendar page reminded me to add turkeys to my fowl display.
I am trying to remember where I got these two. I believe the green one was a gift to me and may be a Morton Pottery piece. My uncle's family ran the pottery years ago...and it seems to me someone who knew this wanted me to have it. (I really SHOULD write things down.)
Your turkey's are setting the mood for November. Have a great time with the grandkids. There is nothing quite as wonderful as spending time with a grandchild in my opinion :-)
