Same Thing/Many Things

"I have a bunch of these already.
I wonder how many I would need in order to stop buying them?"
(Jacqueline, Cabin & Cottage)
Jacqueline was writing about clothespins,
but I have wondered the SAME thing about MANY things!
 Yesterday it was earrings!
The verbal price was better than the tagged price...
"Two pair for twenty-five cents!"  she cheerfully chirped.
 She had me there!

What's YOUR thing(s)?

  1. I love earrings too, clip ons and screw ons as I don't have pierced ears. I love those old ones with colorful stones in them. I'm not on the hunt like I used to be, so am not seeing/collecting as many now.

    2. With me it's cross stitch patterns. I have more than I will ever be able to finish now but when I see one at a yard sale or have an online coupon I get another. Now that Pinterest is around I find I can also print some very beautiful ones from various sites. I did get a lot together recently to sell at our upcoming yard sale though.

  2. Oh Lordy, Rebecca. Earrings are definitely one of my "things." So are artsy cookbooks with nice calligraphy and pretty pictures. Ahhhh, cranberry glass, cobalt blue and amethyst glass. Blue and white plates, sculptures, books, greeting cards, some dolls, miniatures, ha ha hahaha Want me to keep going?

Take care and have a terrific weekend. Susan

  4. Oh Lord, do you want the Long List of my 'Things' or the Short List? *Winks* I have such Magpie Tendencies!

Thanks for stopping by for a Blog Visit, yes, the Showroom will be in the same Antique Mall that I have my Booth and for a while I'll keep the Booth too until my Regular Customers know where I've moved to in the Mall. There are over 900+ Spaces on the ground floor and they're opening up the 2nd floor this Month so it's a HUGE Mall and I just Love Working there and having my Vision able to expand there so rapidly! For now I'm on a Work Haitus as I take care of The Man, will probably go back to my 2nd Shift at the Mall 3 Nights a week once he's sufficiently recovered. Getting the Showroom up and running starting next Month when I move into it will keep me busy enough. The great thing about a Showroom is that I can Style it like a little Shop of my own and have the G-Kids with me {sufficient space} when I need to work it. My Booth is really too small for them to hang out in while I'm busy there Styling & adding Inventory, so this will be a really positive way for me to balance Home Life and the Vision I have to bring a 2nd Income back into our Budget again. And I can't beat the hours the Mall is Open 9am-9pm seven days a week, only closed for Christmas... and I don't have to be there unless I want to be. *Winks*
