The Eiffel Tower tin isn't in my usual style or colors, but hey! It's French! It's only in fair-to-good condition, but kind of cool, I thought.
This viewer will make things go smoother when more than two grandchildren are here. (I think I have two others.)
These three books are in such great condition. I have someone in mind for the two larger ones and have a small collection of the various pocket Gideon Bibles of my own.
All this from one store! I don't even want to post what I paid for it all.
It was too GOOD to be true.

Sounds like we are living similar lives, Rebecca. I also fell into the thrifting...got some great fire trucks! I loved your line "get the wiggles out of me". Now we wait and see what the weather really does....
ReplyDeleteHi there-what lovely finds, you really have found some great treasures here! xx
ReplyDeleteThe ViewMaster was an excellent find! We are always scouting for more of the slides for ours. My husband has quite a collection of miniature bibles...and not all Gideons. Sounds like we await the same monster storm.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Rebecca! Congrats on your new found treasures. Susan
ReplyDeleteLOVE scented drawer liners and you got PRETTY ones too!! My grandkiddos love the Viewmaster...and the books are perfect...good finds!!!
ReplyDeleteOh some very good finds!! The drawer liners will be so nice to use I am sure ~Enjoy your new Treasures ~Love Heather
ReplyDeleteI have a plate just like your new? apple one! I collect them......I'm thinking I collect everything. :o
ReplyDeleteDonna, the drawer liners are "gift-material"! I have most of my drawers lined with wall paper (not scented, but beautiful)!
ReplyDeleteBookie, Would you believe I have an informal collection of fire trucks?? We have a friend who collects them. (I doubt that I would EVER find one he doesn't already have, but that doesn't keep me from trying! Meanwhile I have a few small ones displayed as accents in my husband's bathroom and many others in the toy box!)
ReplyDeleteYou always do so well at thrift stores. I love the dishes. I have a weakness for old china and lately dishes with fruit painted on them have really caught my eye.
ReplyDeleteDarla
So glad you got your groove back and your wiggles out!
ReplyDeleteYou did GOOD! The viewmaster is something I need to find, I think our grands would love it! Thanks for the suggestion!
No thrifted clothes this trip?
I have an apple plate just like that! I have so many different ones that I can be seasonal with them....I pack some away and bring other ones out. The apple plate is in the Autumn pile.
