These three tablecloths dress our table variously throughout this autumn season.
All are thrift store purchases.
I also purchased this large pumpkin
and two smaller ones at a garage sale over the weekend.
So far our autumn has been absolutely perfect weather-wise.
It's difficult to concentrate on indoor chores!
Isn't it difficult to be/focus indoors when outdoors is so spectacularly beautiful!!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy fall to you, my friend....
Love,
Jackie
I like your decorations. I love all things autumn related. Autumn has also been beautiful where I live.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean :=)
ReplyDeleteThe colors of the blankets say Autumn - loud and clear.
Blessings,
Maria
Love the tablecothes....but the one with both green and orange takes first prize! Autumn clothes are nice because they have both warmth and color! Love plaids this time of year too....
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, autumnal colours. They will surely look good on your table now Autumn is here.

(just popped in on a blog hop)
Looks like you are all set for decorating your fall table. I have a similar pumpkin somewhere. Suppose I should dig it out before the season is over.

Great colors and patterns, Rebecca. Do you layer them on the table? I am refusing to spend money on real pumpkins cause they just get pitched--yours will last for a long time!
ReplyDeleteI looked at that other site you linked to the other day... the one where the lady refuses to buy the kitchy-looking seasonal decorations and just goes with colors and textures-that was fantastic.
I wondered about the lawn chair you are featuring in this post... my parent's had chairs like that in the 70's. They fold, correct? Wood back and seat, plastic arm rest? We would restain them when the weather had dried them out.
Are you as much a plaid lover as I am? I am over the top with it. I love the green, white, and red tablecloth. I bet it looks wonderful with your other things. You must be in an area with great garage sales. Lucky you.
ReplyDeleteYes, Joy! We have a single chair, a rocker, and a "love seat" (for two). I don't think we bought any of them together. Just sort of piece by piece... They're very comfortable!
ReplyDeleteI truly love your cloths & that pumpkin is awesome. Do you know how it's made? Would love to make some for inside my home.
ReplyDeleteLola, They look to be built around a styrofoam base...but I'm not sure what the outer part is...almost like wide raffia???? There were "tons" of them at the garage sale. I think she got them at somewhere like Hobby Lobby. (I don't have a lot of storage space, so only got 3.)
ReplyDeleteHi Rebecca, So nice to meet you. I am so happy that you found my blog and that I am now joining in on your fun. Love your Autumn decor.
