Hi Rebecca. I think we are polar opposites. Isn't that great? I love bursts of color and mixed patterns and shocking contrasts! So good there is room for all of us in this world. Very nice outfit, by the way. Sincerely, Susan from writingstraightfromtheheart.blogspot.com
Susan, In theory and on other people (even in my house) I love bursts of color and mixed patterns and shocking contrasts. So, why can't I orchestrate this with satisfaction in my outfits? I like Ephemera and Fashion for Nerds (see in my side bar) because both of them are experts in mixing patterns. But so far, I fall on my face when I attempt it in my clothing.
Hello my dear, hope all is great. Hmmm.... black and white... I think one gets used to it. You know I'm much of a mood dresser but many times I like colours and clashing them. But now tht I've been wearing all black it's with difficulty that i incorporate grey and I couldn't yet wear white. Well we humans are much of habits and to get a habit we just need 21 days.... Now I understand better people who wear dark colours and the fact that it's difficult to change it.
You keep your woven shirts so crisp and polished - I'm afraid that I end up getting kind of crumped throughout the day. I've started to really enjoy the clean feeling of wearing black and white, although with my complexion I still prefer to mix with a bright, solid color too.
I watched & didn't participate in the first capsule challenge, too - very inspiring!
Really like the black and white.
